I think that it is unfair to judge a whole genera of music due to a handful of songs in the way that we saw in McLune's article. Hip-Hop artists such as Little Wayne, say ridiculous things in their songs that are hard to explain for example when he say "word to my wristwatch" (from his song Ice Cream Pain job...I think). Can we take these things seriously? I don't think we can. Instead, we should enjoy the rhythm and beats of Hip-Hop.
